Description: Item was made in the USA. Item is in good used clean condition with nicks, marks, scratches, abrasions, scuffing on front of basket/top of handles and overall storage/age/use wear. The item is in good working order and very sturdy. Basket is removable and I included a push rivet if you want to secure it. Car rolls easy and straight. You do not find these often and they are HTF. Seat is about 10" off the ground. Basket and car have hole drilled into bottom to clean out/drain. Item will ship with the basket off and it slips in easy. You can secure it with a push rivet. Item is large and heavy. I find that UPS is the best/cheapest carrier. I ship within one day of payment and use tracking/ins. I am Top Rated
