All the glass pieces are in place with none missing, loose or damaged. There are some imperfections along the outer edging of the metal frame that are either right from the manufacturer or are damaged from use or storage. There is a loop hook at the top made of metal tie wire, but I am not sure if it is original or not. Measurements: About 6-1/8” tall x 5” wide.
