Description: This serving spoon is a very unique estate find. From the tip if the spoon to the end of the handle, it measures approx. 9.5". The spoon and flat top piece measures approx. 3.5" L x 2 1/8" W. It's in very good condition (especially when polished), but has some black pitting marks on the inside of the spoon.It opens by squeezing the handle. The first photo gives you an idea of how it works. The back of the handle is marked: Silver Plate, with the letter F inside a hand. It also says, Patent Pending.
