Description: This is a Beautiful Vintage Italian Made Wooden Music Box by the San Francisco Music Box Company, that when opened & wound up, plays the tune “Lara’s Theme” from the movie “Dr. Zhivago”. The box has a dark brown burl wood exterior, with 2 Swans on the outer lid. The box measures 6 ¾” wide x 5” deep x 2 ¾” tall (including the height of the metal feet on the bottom. The inner box has a pink felt lining, with a 1 ½” deep cavity for jewelry, a slot for placing rings in, and a shallower section on the right for earrings & flat things. The bottom of the box says “San Francisco Music Box Company – Hand Crafted in Sorrento Italy / Created by Gigllo Asla”. The winding key is on the bottom.
