Description: Earliest known shirt from the Rolling Stones infamous STP (Stones Touring Party) tour in 1972. This shirt was only given out to tour personnel and not sold to the public .The fifth picture is David Pelletier who did sound, standing next to the amps wearing the shirt at the Boston show. The sixth slide is a New York Times article describing security wearing the shirt. There are only a few authentic shirts of this original design as it was not mass produced. I’m happy to see all the love this shirt has got over it’s years from the original repairs throughout. I hope this can find its way into someone’s serious collection. Tagged Large on the Mayo Spruce Tag, measures 19’ by 25’. Rare is an understatement for this one, a museum piece for sure. Thanks for looking, feel free to message me with any questions
