Description: Stunning retro chinoiserie inspired floral satin backed furnishings type fabric, circa 1960's. Gorgeous very large scale Tree of Life floral design done primarily in blues, golden rod yellow, celery green and a slightly deeper green popular during this era (close to a sage but a little greener). The ground is a very fresh off white and has a subtle shantung weave as textiles of this nature were made to look like silks. Really fresh quite elegant & refined. This is mid density so slightly thicker than say a quilting textile, more of a furnishings/drapery weight.Photo #9 is another floral furnishings fabric I currently have listed that is very complimentary (from the same home)An excellent textile for interiors; home pieces, pillow making, windows and well as light decorative upholstery and an abundance of unique period projects bags etc.. **Condition is very nice for it's age.
