It is pre-owned. It's a great addition to any winter sports collection. Please look over all photos as they are part of the description. Has some fading in spots especially on the back. Has some dirt marks that should come out in the wash. Small spot on left leg towards bottom where the top layer melted from something hot - about 2” long. All zippers and snaps work as they should.
