Outer folder measures approximately 5 1/2" by 8 3/4" Condition: Outer folder has a large tear on the upper edge and smaller edge tears / wear to all corners. Most brochures and literature items are in good condition overall with some light to moderate wear. One letter has heavy wrinkling / creasing and other wear. Envelopes are torn open and have other wear. All items sold as-is - the welcome package appears complete but I am not sure if anything may be missing.
