This is true vintage quality that has was made to last! This bowl is a good size -- it's a little over 9 inches wide and about 1 5/8 inches off the tabletop. It's categorized as a serving bowl and is similar to a pasta bowl. It weighs a sturdy 1 pound 6 ounces. It's made of milk glass and finished with two blue stripes along the perimeter. It's in excellent vintage used condition. It is a true vintage item, though, and it has been used. there are tiny spots of color loss in the blue bands from normal use. Some listings online have this as a teal blue -- and there is a slight tinge of green to it, but it seems more denim blue to me. **See photos for more details.
