Description: I am not sure when they started putting wheels on these. It’s possible this is an early wheeled one. Wheels and pull strap definitely don’t look contemporary. It’s also possible wheels and strap was added after market. The wheels have had their location changed. You can see outlines of where they were. You will also notice a little rust on base of wheels. I pulled it around my hard floor. Works good. It should stay standing if you don’t crack the whip with it! Wheels have been moved on it. You can see outlines of old locations. There is a crack in wood bottom at a screw holding one side of a wheel. Shown in photo. There are no keys. I have sent an email to the company that made the locks and asked if they can make replacement keys. If they can I will update listing and price. Sold as is as pictured. Study photos carefully.
