The larger outside frame measures 16 3/8" by 20 3/8" little dust and a little piece of gold on the outside edge is nicked (see last picture - no biggie just noted for accuracy).The linen matted inside frame is by GRUMBACHER NEW YORK and measures 16 by 12.
