The pages appear clean and complete, I didn't notice any writing when thumbing, there are pharmacy labels taped inside the cover. -Pharmacist's Reference Lilley, produced by Eli Lilly, the book has cover wear, the binding is intact, pages appear to be clean. I haven't found the date on this one, but I think it is a 1950s print. -Regulations No. 5, 1954, Regulatory Taxes On Narcotic Drugs, Code of Federal Regulations for Opium, Coca Leaves, Isonopecaine, or Opiates.
