Could be worn as is or you could swap out the stone. Signed 925 and Mexico. There is also a stamped logo. But I can't make it out. Measures 1.25 inches at the widest point. Adjustable, ring size as is now is about 7-8. Vintage and used items will show wear due to use and age (scratches, discoloration, patina, etc).
