Description: The glass lid has a spot where the glass has ruptured. It didn’t break off any of the glass and there’s no sharp glass around the spot, it just cracked from the inside. (See close up photo with red arrow). There’s also a 2nd very small spot where this seems to have happened as well (see 2nd photo with red arrow). Finally there’s a scratch line on the top of the lid.
