This McDonalds Toy is for children age 3 and over, the wrapper is wrinkly, and it has some scratches and missing spots in the label (Seen In The Pictures). this McDonalds Meal Toy measures about 5 1/2" Tall X 4 1/4" wide in the package, the toy itself measures about 2" Tall X 3" Wide.
