Description: ORIGINAL MARTIN TORNALLYAY CONNECTICUT ARCHITECTURAL BUILDING PHOTOGRAPH #2 This is just a great original piece. I recently acquired a collection of Architectural photography from a local collector. A wonderful collection of 5 different original Architectural photographs in the style of the master, Ezra Stoller as well as the Bauhaus works of the early 20th Century. This photograph is by Martin Tornallyay. An important Connecticut architectural photographer based in Stamford in the 1970s and 1980s he also did photography work for New York Magazine as well as other publications and also some advertising agencies. This is a great view of a postmodern building of the 1960s or 1970s. A very geometric view with the building lines against the windows, stairs and sidewalk. Really a great rare original image. Photograph measures 19 1/2 x 15 1/2 inches. Photograph is mounted on foam core board as originally presented. Original photographers stamp verso. Photograph is scotch taped verso to the matte.
