Description: Vintage M Soft Angora Rabbit Lambswool Cardigan Sweater Ribbon Diamond Trim VFG Vintage Angora Rabbit/Lambswool SOFT Cardigan Buttery Yellow w White Ribbon Diamonds Embroidered in the British Crown Colony of Hong Kong Description: Vintage buttery yellow cardigan featuring a wonderful trim of ribbons in the shape of diamonds. The tag reads "Fab u Lous...Embroidered in the British Crown Colony of Hong Kong" and the fiber content is 20% angora rabbit hair, 10% nylon, 70% lambswool. The size tag reads 40 but please see "How I Measure" and measurements below to ensure a proper fit. It measures and fits medium. Features of this extremely soft sweater include long sleeves, small band of ribbing at the collar along with a white ribbon trim, matching wider bands of ribbing and ribbon trim at the bottom hem and sleeves, small ribbon covered buttons closure and a fabulous trim of white ribbon expertly folded and secured to form boxes or diamonds. The diamonds are also secured along the upper back. The back and front are lined with a lovely satiny material....the sleeves are unlined. Measurements: Shoulder to shoulder 16 1/2 inches, Underarm to Underarm 20 1/2 inches, Shoulder to end of sleeve 20 1/2, Underarm to end of sleeve 16 and Back of neckline to bottom hem 23 inches. The sweater is in good to fair condition with no stains or tears. There are many small holes, however. The largest is on the left shoulder with smaller ones scattered throughout the back and a medium sized one in the back of the left arm. A matching yellow thread and a bit of TLC may repair the areas. There is one missing button on the front but two spare buttons are secured inside the sweater so it could easily be replaced. If you need more photos or have questions please send an email.
