I purchased a large lot of tools and this was part of it. Most of the other tools, the newest were from the 1960's. What you see is what you get in as found condition. I have not tried to clean, oil, etc. I am listing more tools and files. I usually sell musical gear and tube electronics but pick up other items in my ramblings.
