Description: This is a fun vintage (likely 1990s) Little Tikes Tykes plastic ruler or tape measure. It is plastic and doesn't retract like a tape measure but the handle looks similar. The rules does slide. Good used condition. It was exposed to some grime that got into the fine details of the numbers and letters, I was able to get much of it out but not all.
