Depending on your height, they would either be capri length or ankle length. They do have a small slit on the outer hem. They are in really good pre-owned condition. I do not see any flaws with them. Please review all pictures and ask any questions you may have. The waist is about 15 inches and pulls to a max of about 16 inches. At the max, it might be tighter on. There is little to no give here. The rise is about 11 inches. The inseam is about 23 inches.
