Description: Vintage Leviton Lava Lamp Pink Water & Red Wax Large 16"~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This is a pre-owned collectible. Good shape as seen in the images. There are some scratches to the glass but nothing too bad. I believe this to be red wax in a pinkish water. But it is a matter of my opinion and you may think it's a red on a red. My camera has a REALLY hard time with red colors, so it looks a little different in my images than what real life shows. From a SMOKE-FREE home! If you never had one of these before, it takes about an hour to two hours for it to get going and lava-ing. I believe this one is mid-90s. 1993 going by the date code on the bottom. I don't know how "cloudy" the fluid is inside of this. What may be "OK" to me, could be terrible to you, it's a subjective question that cannot be properly answered as I have no clue how you feel about these things. I do know though that generally old ones are going to be somewhat cloudy to some extent and they should have it's fluid replaced as well as new wax put in. It's routine maintenance that should be done every 10 years or so from what I read about these things. People tend to contact me looking for perfect ones, but that's never going to happen unless you buy a properly refurbished one from a seller that is selling them as such and charging a very high price for them to be perfect.
