This is "New Old Stock", meaning it has age, but was never used and is in mint condition with bright colors and graphics. Kirk's flour is from Kirk Milling Co., Findlay Ohio. Filled, this 3 pound bag measures approximately 10" H x 4.5" W x 2-1/4" D. Front of the bag features a green silhouette of a chef carrying a steaming tray of pancakes, labeled as "A Feast in a Flash". Kirk's and Quality Inn are in red on a beige background while the description "Corn Meal and Wheat Pancake Flour Self Rising-- Yellow" are printed in white.
