Description: This is a Vintage IMPERIAL IRELAND 2-Blade BARLOW knife that is in excellent condition. It measures 3.4" long closed and has a 2.5" long Clip point main blade, and a 1.75" long Pen blade made of CARBON STEEL. Both blades have GOOD SNAP and NO WOBBLE. The Reddish Brown handles are made of SAWCUT DELRIN and are in perfect condition. It has not been cleaned or polished by me and is in as-found condition. Please see the pictures. The tang on the main blade is stamped IMPERIAL over IRELAND. This started as an additional plant for SOLINGEN, GERMANY-based JOWIKA STAHWLARENFABRIK EUGEN WEBER & ALTENBACH KG which opened the factory in LISTOWEL, IRELAND in 1960. That factory was acquired by IMPERIAL SCHRADE in 1978 which operated the company until its 2004 closing.
