Description: This listing is for a GI Joe Cobra Red Star figure Mint on 22 Back card with Combat Pay offer sticker from1990. This is the error card version that has Red Star as a member of the good guys with the blue back ground on card. This was later corrected to the red Cobra background. The card is in good condition showing light shelf/storage wear that is typical for its age. The surface is clean with bright/sharp colors. All bubbles are clear and crack free but there is denting in stem/right corner are. The bubble is firmly sealed to the card on all sides. Figure has intact O-ring and appears to be in excellent condition. Overall makes for a nice display piece.
