Description: Handmade Christening Gown & Jacket I'm guessing age - Very plain Cream color satin long sleeveless dress with 2 snap closure on 1 shoulder - Matching jacket with 1 ribbon tie closure at the neck, elastic gathered neck & cuffs Measures: Jacket 7 1/2" across the shoulders, 11 1/2" across the armpits, 8" long sleeves, 10" long Dress 7" across the shoulders, 11" across the armpits, 24" long There are some yellowish stains on the upper front which are hidden by the jacket (see last 2 photos) I purchased this in a thrift shop in Lancaster County which makes me think it may have been a Mennonite Christening gown since it is so plain
