Shoulders: 16 Chest: 17.5 (35) Waist: 14 (28) Hips: free Sleeve length: 13 Cuff opening: 4 3/4 (9.5) Bodice length: 16 Skirt length: 27 Total length: 43 Sweep: 69 (138) I found 2 issues. 1. Hole under left arm as shown. I have not attempted to repair. (Sewing machine not working.) Fabric around the hole may have some fraying. Please see the last photos. Right underarm is fine. 2. Stray paint marks which may have been on purpose by the artist. Paint shows through inside the dress on areas. Please see photos. Ask questions. Photos shown with and without petticoat.
