Description: This is an old used beat up condition. Whatever you want to call it, but there is a lot of paint loss and scuffs dings dents. Small bits of rust throughout. I turned the key and the wheels do move though. If you give it a small push on a flat surface it will roll along, but it does have a tendency to stop. Maybe it just needs a good cleaning in the gears, but I will leave that to the buyer. This is not in great shape as you can see but it is still pretty cool and with a little TLC it should work.
