It is in excellent condition and comes in its original box. Made in the United States, this original piece from the 1970s features a high-quality sturdy leather handle, strap, and a sharpening blade that is perfect for any hunting or camping trip. Made in the USA by Gerber of Portland, Oregon. The box shows severe surfacer wear from handling and storage but all corners are secure. It measures approximately 9.5” x 2.25” x 1.25”. The original label is on one end and it also comes with the original paperwork: instruction guide and fold-out marketing pamphlet, that reads in part: “This handy, compact steel features a hard chromium carbide surface for touching up the cutting edge of your favorite knife.
