There are surface scratches. The inside does have some rust. There has been added a screw as shown in the photos. The screw causes the lid to not fully close, but not that bad. This has two holes on the back where it can be hung. It is marked GARNER WARE MADE IN U.S.A. You will be purchasing a vintage and used item. It will not be perfect, but in good usable condition.
