The pieces are finished with green baize fabric pads which show wear consistent with age and use. The pieces are nicely weighted which gives them great stability. One of the light pawns is a replacement. The set comes with a wood case which is not original to the set. It is gently used with blemishes as shown in the last photo. The chessboard is not included in the auction.
