It is a hooded cape, very dramatic! ~ ~ Lovely for wearing, costumes, theater, one of the best! ~*~ ~*~ ( E J5A) MEASUREMENTS : This lovely vintage textile measures approximately 39 inches long, the neck is 20 inches around in total, CONDITION : This cloak is in as found, not freshly laundered condition with storage lint. The wool has light wear . There are some light dirt marks There is a rusty metal clip at the top perhaps the original fell off ? There is wear along the edges by the collar ~ Such an interesting and fun old piece! This textile has signs of time and use to be chaished ~*~ 10/29/19
