Description: CONDITION: Excellent This ceramic tea cup, saucer and dessert plate was produced in Stoke-on-Trent, England by Empire Chintz in the 1930s or 1940s. The plate measures 7 inches square and the saucer is 5 3/4 inches in diameter. The cup is 2 1/4 inches tall with a diameter of 3 1/2 inches. The ground color is a light creamy beige, rather like the color of parchment. The chintz floral pattern is done in dark blue with hand tinted accents of pink, blue and green.
