Description: Vintage Emerson TV/Radio/Cassette Player XLC-555 Tested TV & Radio Unkn Cassette The Tv portion and radio are both definitely working. The cassette function is making a noises but I didn’t have a cassette to test it out so I can’t guarantee that it will fully work. The record button would not fully go down, but I believe you have to have a specific type of tape in it for it to go down. The TV could pick up different signals but I couldn’t get one strong enough to give me a picture on the screen. Most likely an addition TV antenna will be necessary - there is the antenna screw on the back to set that up. Takes any D battery but if you use rechargeable batteries they will recharge while it is plugged in. Perfect for emergencies or power outrages! The shipping charges on this appears to be very high. If you are worried about that feel free to reach out and I will check to see how low I can get it before purchase.
