It is sold in a set of two and can be cleaned with a damp cloth. It’s very cute. It’s very vintage. It has crackling and crazing in the finish. The handle is a wicker type material and held up very well throughout time. There’s a black small smudge on the backside. Looks like a pen mark? Not really sure. I left it alone as I am afraid of making it worse. There’s slight smudges in the front as well, not black marks but perhaps just dirt. These imperfections can be seen in the photos. I bought it in 1992 in Connecticut at an antique shop. I displayed it on a shelf but I never used it. It didn’t have the crackles or crazing when I bought it. He’s still very adorable. There are no chips or cracks or repairs. He’s an old elephant ready to be loved by a new family. The measurements are: 6” tall, 7” wide and it weighs exactly 1 lb. 🐘
