Description: I came across this lovely vintage hardcover children's story book whilst preparing for a house move and which we used to read to our children. Not sure of the year of publication but would guess during either the 1960's/70's? It doesn't give any details regarding the author or illustrator. The book is an original hardcover edition in mainly Green pictorial boards and has 124 pages. The Grey Green cloth spine is in very nice condition and is impressed with the book title in Black. The text is in large and easy to read print accompanied by lovely colour illustrations throughout. As previously stated the book is in overall good clean condition with pale yellowing to the page edges and does have some tearing to the inner cover at the spine. The photographs I trust give a clear indication of the condition. Book title is My Book of Fairy Tales and Fables. The reference: BW/FF3 is shown on the cloth spine and back cover.Published by Brown WatsonPrinted in Romania.
