Measuring about 5" tall by about 4" wide at his widest point, he is in overall good used condition with just minor paint loss in spots and some scratches and wear underneath (see pics). He is branded "Royalty Designs Inc #05" and his metal stopper reads Hialeah, Florida. A very cute little guy with a 70s vibe just waiting to find a permanent shelf to sit on.
