Description: Interesting find! This is a pack of 5 "stick on" appliqués for furniture or decor pieces. The package looks to be unopened and in original sealed state so I cannot vouch for the condition of the appliqués inside, nor for their adhering performance. But it's an unusual item for sure. Looks to be late 1950s or early 1960s maybe. The second photo shows all of the variation packs in the series--this one is called "Federal" and is shown on top row, 4th from left.
