Description: New womens size 12 vtg teal and beige paisley sleeveless dress. It is made by CDC and is 100% rayon. It ties at the shoulders and has ruffle like bottom. It gives a boho or western feel to me. The store tag has some blemishes and is not in perfect condition. It may need to be ironed after shipping. Please see attached pictures for measurements.
