Description: This is an MCM 1950s VINTAGE HEAVY ALUMINUM CARVING SET designed by the noted metal artist BRUCE FOX (died 1960) and sold from his studio and store in New Albany, Indiana. The set consists of a meat carving knife and carving fork. The handles are in the shape of a charging bull or steer. The knife blade is marked "Bruce Fox Albany-Indiana Solingen Germany Chrome Steel Hand Forged." The fork is marked "Chrome Steel Germany." The knife measures approximately 14" long. The fork is around 11 1/2" long. Both pieces are in excellent vintage condition with no damage. Please see all my photos for condition. Please check my other listings.
