The size is medium or large but there is plenty of wiggle room there. I wear a size 12 and it was a little big on me. Shoulder to shoulder is 18 inches. The bust is 45 inches. The high waist ties in the back so can be made smaller but as it hangs it is close to 40 inches. It is 37.5 inches long. Please be sure to view the photos. This is very cute.
