This is not an antique, based on the hair style and other details.No wear on the paint or porcelain. The only flaw seems to be a very small chip on the right hand. Porcelain arms and legs. Legs have button up boots and socks painted on. Outfit is high quality, hand made - dress, petticoat, bloomers. Lace trim, metal snaps, good stitching. Hat is included but does not seem to fit quite right.
