Description: An absolutely stunning vintage trench from Aquascutum. I purchased this second-hand from a seller who kept the jacket in storage, and they believed the coat was from the 70s. Considering the trench is fifty years old, it is pristine condition with the only signs of wear being the leather buckle on the waist. Otherwise, the jacket looks brand new. Aquascutum also needs no introduction as being one of the leading brands in trenches (alongside Burberry and Macintosh.) As with any piece from Aquascutum, every feature of the jacket is intentional -- an adjustable waist, button enclosure, adjustable collar to protect against wind, adjustable cuffs, and a separation in the back between the upper and the piece just below the belt to prevent rain from dripping down the jacket. It also makes for a jacket that is quite flattering if I say so myself for any body type. Although there is no size on the jacket, I am comfortable labelling the jacket as a medium, although it would likely fit as a large as well. The jacket is relatively long as well, and was a bit long for me (who's 5' 5" on a good day) so take that for what you will.
