The item is an original work of art (see photos). The artwork is American in origin and framed in Lawrence, Long Island in New York (see photos). The painting does not look to be signed by an artist, but I will likely take the painting apart and see if it is signed by the artist on the backside of the paper (see photos). The painting may depict the Atlantic Beach Bridge's construction in 1950, but I am not sure (see photos). This item is from an estate liquidation (see photos). This item in total framed measures about 10.4 inches (26.42 centimeters) high, and it is about 13.2 inches (33.53 centimeters) wide. The painting portion not including the frame or the matting measures about 4.5 inches (11.43 centimeters) high, and it is about 7.3 inches (18.54 centimeters) wide. The picture frame has scuffs, finish losses and some wear (see photos). The painting has some aging and toning to the paper and wear protected under glass (see photos and / or written description for the condition of this item). This is a nice old vintage American Modernist Expressionist drawing / painting to add to your collection.
