Description: This gorgeous old Afghan choker-necklace was handcrafted during the 1900's for the nomadic Kuchi tribe in the region of Khost Province, Central Asia. It is vintage tribal-jewelry, not a new reproduction. The large red-and-blue crescents along the flexible neckband are a hallmark of old Khost tribal jewellery. Traditional charm dangles hang freely below. It is excellent vintage condition, with a rich age-patina and mild wear patterns. Please see end of description for more info.
