CABINET IS IN GOOD CONDITION, THERE IS SOME RUST, MAINLY ON THE INSIDE, AND SMALL DINGS AND DENTS. LATCH ON COVER DOOR IS A LITTLE TWEAKED AND HARD TO LATCH, BUT IT DOES LATCH.
