Description: Vintage Fold-Away folding basket. Preowned vintage item whose condition is consistent with age and light use. No rips, tears or holes in fabric. There is some fading and spots. Metal is all in great condition...straight and strong. Seams are intact. Photos provided as part of the description.Measurements: Fabric basket is approx. 16" long x 11" wide x 7" tall. Handle stands up an additional 7" above top of basket.Made by Fold-Away Basket Company, Madison, Ind. Pat. 1955.Folding basket with canvas fabric sides in red, yellow and blue stripes. Red painted metal bottom and handle with an oak insert in the top of the handle. Metal supports fold over and down into the basket to keep it open and upright when in use.
