Most likely due to age, the paint on the bottom half portion of both tongues are very loose, wrinkly etc and can probably peel off very easily if you touch it a lot. I took some photos of this area so you know what I'm talking about. Other than that the shoes are in good used clean condition with some normal light general wear from age and previous use.
