Outer walls, inner divider wall, patio side fence/wall, fold out cardboard floor ARE ALL INCLUDED Overall clean, may have minor spots or missing sticker. Adult can assemble with a little trial & error, patience. I did find at least one broken hinge on side of roof but it seemed to still fit securely. I would advise against putting any weight on it. Inner walls have plastic pieces where you can attach the original furniture if you find it. Roomy enough for regular Barbie furniture to be placed. Ships BOXED USPS Ground Advantage with tracking.
