It includes 2 rare soft flexible rubber tire treads that slide over the wheels (as demonstrated in the last few photos). I can say that I've never seen them before. They were on the rear wheels, so the plastic wheel treads are in superb, near mint condition. The front wheels have some light wear. The yellow paint of the truck is shiny and in actually pretty good clean condition but does have some rust spots as pictured on the cab hood and dump bed. Thank you for your interest and looking!
