Description: Here is a very nice original Schwinn Continental. Built in December 1971 for the 1972 season. 22" frame with 27 x 1-1/4" quick release wheels. 10 speeds with comfortable stem mounted shifters and dual position brake levers on the handlebars. The paint appears to be very good original condition. The chrome needs some steel wool polishing to really shine. The wheels are straight, the brakes and gears work as they should. Everything appears to be original except the tires were replaced at sometime. Doesn't look like it has been ridden with the replacement tires are the mold marks are still evident on them.
